Poundin Paul
You have undoubtedly heard that we should be thankful for what we have. I heard Omelette and Finster (and Kate) talking about it on the radio on the way to work this morning.
Since I am in the mood for giving thanks lately I thought I should share my take on the whole gratitude thing.
We all have things we are thankful for but I’ll bet it’s a short list.
Let me explain.
It’s easy to be thankful for your kids, your house, your job, your mate, your family…
But what about your jerk boss who didn’t give you the raise you deserve, or your asshole neighbor who never returned the chain saw?

Hey
It’s Poundin Paul with a special invitation to a private event destined to become a Thanksgiving Tradition…
Let me explain.
Remember a month or so ago when I hinted at a possible party on Thanksgiving Eve?
You do? Good!
This party has been a tradition that started way back in the old days of Al Capone. It fizzled out over the years and then…
That tradition started up again in 1969, over 40 years ago! It became a tradition and again came to a screaching halt about 15 years ago!
Many have fond memories of the Thanksgiving Eve Party at the Fireplace Inn. I was talking to Jelloman Friday night and he remembers being there many times. But he can’t seem to remember exactly how he got home ;-o). . . I can relate!
Well, I am happy to tell you the “Celebration of Gratitude” is back!
Stay with me now!
